Yes, there are 2 additional parking spaces designated for each town home.
Do I pay utilties?
Yes. Our town homes are built to be energy efficient. Each suite has its own separate meter for utilities.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are okay with approval, pet agreement, deposit and fee.
Are the town homes furnished?
No, but if you are interested in renting and you need a furnished town home please contact us immediately. We may be able to furnish one suite.
What is the commercial space attached?
Studio Bella. The owner's photography studio.
Am I responsible for lawn care + snow removal?
No, we take care of that. There are no association fees either.
What's the neighbor-hood like?
Linden Drive is a nice neighborhood in a prime location due to its proximity to Hwy 35 + Hwy 53 and back way to Onalaska. It is just off of Holmen Drive (the main thoroughfare), and close to downtown, parks, schools, groceries, restaurants, gas stations and other local businesses.
Linden Drive is a surprisingly quiet street mostly made up of residential apartment buildings with some commercial, including USPS and a day care. Truly, it's a great spot!
